Seeking someone who is willing to help me build on a mud using coffeemud

Seeking someone who has a lot of spare time and knows how to program in java

Developing a mud that is a mix of warcraft and sim-city mix, will be great with collective efforts.

If you're bored, have a lot of time, willing to use your creative imagination, willing to learn few easy commands to build. Send me an email and let me know you wish to help.

Can definitely use java programmers if we got any here.

Java? I'd defenately offer to help if this was say, c++, but java? Excuse me while I save myself endless hours, I'm going to go bang my head in to the wall repeatedly. It has the same long-term affect, anyway.

Java is not half as bad as you make it out to be.
Like any programming language, it depends on how efficient the programmer structures his code.
Coffeemud has been in development and completed in over 15 years of effert, so its far from terrible.
In fact, its on par with circle, deku, and rom.
I have yet to test it with say a million rooms and a millions mobs/items, but jvms are a lot faster than those of 10 years ago.
Download the codebase and run it before you knock it across the board.
